Line Chart from Linq Query?

Sorry guys, I'm pretty new here.

I have been working on a Gadgeteer project that takes readings from a plant monitor, then feeds it into this:
public class Reading
    {
        public int Id { get; set; }

        // FOREIGN KEY
        public string DeviceID { get; set; }
        Device Device { get; set; }

        [Required]
        public DateTime Timestamp { get; set; }

        [Required]
        public double Value { get; set; }

        [Required]
        public string UnitOfMeasure { get; set; }

        [Required]
        public string Name { get; set; }
    }
Which is written to the DB.

I'm trying to get a line chart of a given reading, for example Moisture is expressed as a percentage:
 var readings = from r in db.Readings
                           join d in db.Devices on r.DeviceID equals d.Id
                           where (r.Timestamp >= DateTime.UtcNow.AddHours(-1) && r.Timestamp <= DateTime.UtcNow)
                           where r.Name == "Moisture"
                           orderby r.Timestamp
                           select r;
But how do I get that into a line chart?
