Passing single quote in DotNet Highcharts data name as part of string

Mar 10, 2013 at 3:12 PM
I have problem passing a single quote inside a quoted string to the object names, Using the DotNet Highcharts library.

For an example:
                Type = ChartTypes.Pie,
                Name = "Test",
                Data = new Data(new object[]
                                            new object[] { "D'Jango", 1 },

I've been trying:
  1. To \' escape : new object[] { "D\'Jango", 1 }
  2. To use & rsquo; instead of a single quote.
The chart won't render at all if a single quote have passed to one of the object names.

The JsonSerializer escapes once the backslash. So just you need to add one more:
new object[] { "D\\'Jango", 1 }
