Left border on Y Axis?

I am migrating our client side highcharts to our servers and am stuck on on something: I can't get the left axis border to show on the Y-Axis. I'm using several Y Axis (axi?), giving each one a height and top so they look like several different charts within a chart. My highchart and DotNet.Highchart code looks the same but I must be missing something.

The best way to describe what I'm missing on the DotNet highcharts is if you look at a chart axis the Y Axis has a label, then the numeric values for the gridlines then there's a line the same color as the label that borders the left side of the axis. It only covers the axis itself, the padding space between axis is blank. I have X Axis gridlines turned off so it's that border is the only vertical line on my chart. I think it might be related to the Y Axis label but I can't seem to get it to show.

Does anyone have any ideas as to which setting that is? Thanks!

Can you post some example of: your server side code, or in jsfiddle.net or some screenshots?
